I purchased this because it was vegetarian and it had amazing reviews. My vitamin D blood test said I was low (it was 25, normal value is >30). I was excited to try this and I took it before my clinical rotation. Within 2 hours, I started having itchy skin. I tried to stop scratching, but when I got home, I was a mess. I went to the doctor the next day and he told me I had hives all over my body. Please be cautious when taking this for the first time. I only took one and had to be out on steroids. I am sure it's because of the cholera.
