**DO NOT BUY!!*** Company does not honor their 5 year warranty and pad died after 1 year of use.
***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY*** This heating pad stopped working after about a year (the fatal flashing "F") and per the company's information they have a 5 year warranty. I've contacted the company multiple times and after threatening to contact Amazon (which I will do) they finally responded and lied and said my money would be refunded. It was not. And all further contact has been ignored. ***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY****
