This thing is pretty much useless. If you look at the video I uploaded, it bumbles around like this in the same spot for about 90 minutes until the battery dies and that’s pretty much it. It’s about 5 feet from the docking station at this point. It refuses to connect to the App. It’s just generally pretty useless. I called tech support and asked if this was normal and she said, “Don’t ask me how these computers work” so it’s going back in the box and getting returned. I could have vacuumed my whole house the old fashioned way in the amount of time I’ve wasted trying to get this stupid machine to work. Don’t waste your money on this and their support is useless. And it’s still in that same spot. I finally picked it up and turned it off and posted the pictures of all the nothing it collected in its 90 minute circle romp. And I have 5 dogs. There’s plenty to be picked up. This is just pure trash. Glad I can return it!
