I want to make it clear as other reviews have stated. Don’t give your baby under 1 year old honey. This book has recipes with honey inclusions for under 1 year olds. I have included a photo. I am so thankful I knew NOT to give my baby honey. Besides this dangerous mistake, I want to review the contents altogether. Recipes are easy for the earliest of beginner cooks or new moms. I’m a seasoned home cook and I did not really need all the extra tips and lengthy explanations. I’m planning to donate the book I purchase to another new mom but with FINE WARNING of the honey and milk alternative. Again, never give infant under 1 year old honey.
