I received this product as a gift recently and was very excited. Unfortunately, during the first few uses I noticed that one of the massager knobs had a jagged edge which was getting caught on the fabric and tearing it apart. When I took it apart to investigate, I found that the inner mechanism was being held together by masking tape. Surprised this product has such great reviews. It gives solid massages, but clearly is not going to last me very long.
