After being told by customer service that I could get my cable service through the app and access through firestick I was thrilled! I got cable installed and after now 3 hours of trying to load this stupid app on my TV's I find out that this does not work for firestick!!!!! How stupid??!!! I'm cancelling this stupid cable. This company has been the biggest pain in the neck to deal with. I'm literally told complete lies to sign up and now I can only watch cable on one out of six tvs in my home because it's the only one with a box. They advertise this damn app and it doesn't even work!!!!!
