Not great for bread making.
I’ve never had an issue with yeast in my breads until now. I bought a whole pound of this because it’s been hard to find instant yeast in the stores. Ever since I started using this yeast, none of my bread will rise properly. I’m super disappointed I spent $23 on a bag of yeast that doesn’t work. That’s money down the drain.
