I love the Sally Hansen gel nail polish and when I saw this offer from Beauty Brags, I was thrilled with the price even knowing I might get a color or two I wouldn't use often. The product arrived in a very timely way and was wrapped securely. The problem I encountered was that I could see through the wrap that there were only 2 colors I could use. I suspect the bargain is the result of retired and off color paints. I decided to return the package for refund. Unfortunately even though this is a PRIME qualified purchase a return wasn't possible stating 'special handling' was required. This was not indicated in any of the product details. I opened the package and found that two of the bottles were used as evidenced by the wearing off of the type on the bottle cap and less than full containers. In addition there was also a leaking bottle which suggested a third was used as well. See attached photos. Even though the cost per bottle seems to be a really good deal the shipping of a used product is very disturbing. I have been in communication with Beauty Brags and will revisit my one star score if the customer service is responsive.
