Just received this item today. Why would anyone think it’s a good idea to have raised lettering on the flat cooking surface of the griddle??!! It makes the center area of the griddle useless. Try getting a pancake not to stick in the lettering. Or better yet, try to clean it once food or batter gets stuck in the letters. See the photos I attached. Do not buy this product!
