I've had the complete Matrix dvd series since 2012, purchased from the "Then Amazon.com". All 6 discs in the 1.85:1 format, and completely fill the screen. On the back of the box for this 4k version it states a2.4:1 format. That is the size of the movies in this set, but this 2.4:1 format is not the produced format, it is cropped from the 1.85:1, which the above pictures perfectly allude to. Has no one else noticed this? With this cropping, so much of the original content has been trashed and this, ladies and gentlemen, is unacceptable and quite honestly, worth 0 stars. Go for the Ultimate Matrix selection In Blu_Ray, with 5 productions, + the "Animatrix". If you have decent gear, with up-scaling, you should get the 1.85:1 and be, in my opinion, a lot happier.
