Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I usually have good experiences with things I've ordered on Amazon. Not this time! I bought 2 of these mattresses and neither has expanded to more than 2" in depth! I followed the instructions on both; opened them up and allowed them to lay flat (for 6 days now!). I have "fluffed" as much as one can on highly compressed foam and both mattresses not only don't fill their zipped outter cover as shown, but they are not even smooth! One end of each is fuller than the other end and both have various ridges. The insert in the box says " Do not return your product". Terribly disappointed. Would not recommend.
