NOT the classic Simon game
This is not the classic Simon game, which I was hoping it was (in mini form).
1) Instead of just repeating a pattern until you can't anymore, there are "levels". You repeat a short pattern, and when you do, you proceed to the next "level". The game restarts, and you start another pattern. The starting pattern is only 3 lights, the next is 4, and so on.
2) You don't just have a pattern of single lights. Sometimes there are 2 or 3 lights at once to press. This is interesting and fun in its own right, but is NOT classic Simon. It should be a different and optional mode, not forced (which it is). You'll start encountering these multi-button presses in just a few turns.
I was hoping for a mini version of the classic Simon, but this is not it. It's a "special edition" with an alternate game play mode and no way to play as you might expect.
