I enjoyed the product... while it lasted. So I had this item for a few months and it started leaking under the where the knob is. There is a little hole under the knob and water just leaks out of there when it is turned on. I had to keep a bucket underneath since it would just leak whenever it is in use. After that I contacted the company telling them about the issue and they replaced the unit with absolutely no hassle. They assured me that it was extremely rare for the unit to have a defective valve that is causing the leak. I installed the new one hoping hoping that I had just gotten a dud at first. But lo and behold, after a few months the replacement unit starts leaking in the same exact location. If it really is that rare for these units to be defective I must have won the unlucky bidet lotto. In reality these are just probably low quality units. At this point I'm not quite sure if i should even try contacting the company again or just get a higher quality bidet since I can not live without one anymore. However, I had to write a review to let other potential costumers know the quality of these Luxe units. It seems that all these units use the same material for their inner valves so even buying a more expensive Luxe model wouldn't solve the issue.
