Seriously heed my warning... This toothpaste will ruin your teeth! Its abrasive to the enamel surface... Which doesn't grow back! Unfortunately, I used almsot the whole tube of toothpaste before I realized it was ruining my teeth.. Sure they were whiter! Only because it was scraping my enamel away slowly. My teeth are so sensitive now to hot and cold foods and I noticed my gums are reeceding. Awesome! Cant wait for dentures before the age 35. Please PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE this toothpaste. Do research and ask your dentist about this toothpaste if you are skeptical about reviews.
