This is a product with a so called 10 year warranty but the straining cup, which is the part that creates the juice, is broken on my unit. No problem as this happens after three years of extended use. HERE IS THE ISSUE. Omegajuicers.com company has been SOLD OUT of the replacement product for the longest time. You can't buy this $26 replacement part. This is a ploy by this company to get you to buy another juicer. Five emails and even a telephone call and I could not get through to customer service to find out the story. Customer service is nil. So before you plunk down $299, perform a test. Visit their website and look for replacement parts and send an email. .......also try calling. You won't make it through and they will not answer their emails. There are too many companies with good customer service. Like I say, think carefully before you buy anything from Omega.
