★★☆☆☆
Unsatisfied
Unboxing, assembly, and initial impression of the chair was great. The armrests that move with the back as you recline is nice to have. The cushion feels firm, but gives slowly as you sit. It is comfortable enough to use as a work-from-home office chair. Then I noticed the back was not aligned. The lumbar support is far too hard to be used and pushes me forward 2.5". Usable seat depth is 19". I could deal with that considering the price and availability at the time of purchase. After 106 days of use by my 6' 165lbs self, the armrest cushion has lost integrity and has gone flat at the middle. The seat cushion has deformed and the arms need to be tightened every week. The seat also makes loud creak, pop, and spring sounds as you sit down, sit back, or adjust yourself in the seat. I included photos of how I use the chair (no lumbar pillow), flaws, and a video of the pop-creak-spring of the seat.
