I would have given this product 5 stars because it really is a great product. It does what it say it can do and it really does handle the toughest of tangles! The reason I gave it 2 stars is that when I bought Unite in July it was $19.99 a fair price but when I went to order it today Sept 30, 20`7 ti was a whopping $28.00! you can check it on other sites including Walmart who has it for $16.99 (I will order there once I finish this review ) a very good price. Why and how can you justify raising your price to a ridicules price of $28.00? You just lost a sale and a customer who would have been a customer for life!
