Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Much to like about the device. Easy to turn on, easy to read, fast results. That's why I ordered them. I ordered two of them because we need one to be working, and we need a backup in case of emergency. Such is the case sometimes with chronic illnesses where temperature has to be carefully monitored. I've decided there's a reason why 27% of the reviews of this product are in the One Star category. People keep having the same problem. The device stops working. In our case, three weeks. Won't even turn on anymore. This is a low quality, poorly made device... OR, we're getting delivery from an "old batch" that already has a worn down battery. While the cost is relatively low - $9.50 for one, it makes it not worth the time and expense to ship it back and get a replacement. I'll just try a different brand. The manufacturer should address the concerns of an awful lot of people who have had the same problem. My advice to those reading this review is: Don't buy one of these. Try a different and better reviewed brand.
