Sole of both boots were coming off, right out of the bag!! My daughter never even had a chance to wear them because they arrived already falling apart! She originally wanted Demonia(?) boots that look very similar to this but cost $125. I wasn't about to spend that much money on a pair of "dress up" boots! I was happy to find this affordable option.........until they arrived! Buy the time I spent the money buying this pair, paying for shipping, waiting a month for them to arrive, and then paying to have them fixed, I should've just spent the money on the Demonias she had originally wanted. Yes, I decided to have them repaired instead of going through the headache of trying to contact this company, trying to get answers/refund, and then having to wait a whole other month for a replacement to arrive (no guarantee they would be better). The shoe repair shop I used said they used the wrong type of glue for the materials used and there also wasn't enough glue used to even begin to hold them together. DO NOT BUY!!!!!
