They should not be in security business!!Beware!! Simplisafe is a false sense of security. I had it for 2 years. I was feeling safe until I got robbed. It didn’t even trigger or dispatch. Robbers came breaking window lock, sensor was on the floor. They went through front door which had the sensor. They didn’t call me or the police. I come home after an hour of robbery, alarm went off because I was Little to turn it off!! When I called them, they said for some reason transmission was lost (they blamed on Verizon , service they use, not me) from 10 am to 10 pm. They didn’t take any responsibility. I lost like 13k that my insurance didn’t cover. Supervisor game lame excuses. Wanted to give me free equipments which I didn’t want and don’t trust. Get someone else. DO NOT BUY THIS SYSTEM.
