Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I received my griddle set today. The quality seemed to be fairly good for what was paid, but as I ran my finger and thumb down the "cutting edge" of the "scraper/chopper" I got a sliver of steel in my thumb. Beware of this possibility as the edges of the scraper were not cleaned up after shearing (I would guess shearing) of the steel. It cleans up rather easily with a stone and file, but I would hate to see that it goes un-noticed and ends up in someone's food, by an unsuspecting consumer of this product. I did contact Blackstone via phone, but felt that I was being blown off, since the operator said she would let someone know and thanked me for reporting it. My concern is that she never asked me for a model, item number, vendor, or any other information that may help in the remedy.
