Please read! Don’t give it to your baby. We had the worse and scariest event of our lives. I had given this to my 10 month baby a few times before and noticed he always got super sleepy after and I thought it was expected and okay. However the last time he had it, 15min later he was completely unresponsive, he was white, shallow breathing and limp. We called 911. Paramedics came and said it was a BRUE(brief resolved unexpected event). At that point my head was spinning and I didn’t remember that I had given him this. We went to the ER. He was sleeping, they took his blood, glucose, temperature and measured his vitals. We then were transferred by ambulance to the childrens hospital where all types of exams were done to my poor baby. They suspected of seizures and after spending 24hr on a EEG nothing was found. So seizures were ruled out. The toxicologist said that he couldn’t know for sure it was caused by this medication since it is not approved by FDA and there is no way to know. After reading a few reviews I saw that more people had the same symptoms with their babies. I am 100% this is what caused it. Turns out one of the ingredients is poison, and also contains alcohol. My baby probably had a reaction or sensitivity to it. I used to give it to my oldest and he never had any of what my baby had. I guess everybody reacts differently but I wouldn’t risk it! I cant believe that they are able to sell this!!! Please do your research.
