I'll update this for a full review in a bit, I'm currently on my way over to an Amazon return center rn, but I wanted to post this as soon as possible so that no ones else has this literal headache. Please check the photo I posted to see their new falsely advertised design. The "acoustic channel" no longer exists, and the only partial info ive found on it is the last photo in the description box, the diagram with the red sound flow arrow. Utter crap!
