Horrible, if you have an extra $12 you feel like wasting you can either buy this or tear your money up, because that's what you end up with in the end. 8+ years buying from Amazon Prime and this is the first time I was not allowed a return. Sad that the seller peddles junk and then refuses returns. I still can't see on my listing where it states no returns. But it is what it is. By the feedback I'm reading it looks like some buyers had good luck and others are in my same boat. I guess it's a gamble. I'm happy for the people who had good luck. I certainly can understand if we changed our minds or found a better deal but when it works so poorly you think it's broke I think that should be considered for a return. Here's my issue with the product. Visibility is crap and difficult to hold, use and adjust. The quality of the housing and lenses are a joke, but for $12 I wasn't expecting awesome quality but at least one that worked. I rarely leave feedback but if Carson wants to be hide behind Amazon letting them fight their battles on returns then my review needs to be written. I'm wishing everyone better luck than me.
