I've been using this product for three years now and loved it. However, my old pillow wore down after a year and I needed a new one. Sad to say they've cheaper out and it's not at all what It used to be. The neck support area has almost no padding or cushioning, the rest of the pillow feels the same (even though it's supposed to be FIRM). After a month of use I can no longer use it any further because there is absolutely no support left anymore, my last ones lasted just about a year. There's no way to add more stuffing or rearrange it. I'm extremely disappointed, and will be using the old pillow in the meantime since at a year old it still has more support than this new one.
