A couple of problems with this device: 1. Misleading on how much time to setup the perimeter wire. I have a 1/4 acre lot and it took well over 6 hours if you include the fixes I had to make over time after watching it get stuck or go out of boundary. I will say if you follow the instructions to a T, you'll save yourself the fix times I spent. 2. The cutting mechanism is a spinning wheel with 3 "floating" razor blades and by floating I mean that with the centrifugal force of the wheel spinning the razor blades would extend and cut the grass. That is fine in principle, however, on multiple occasions, I had to take the blade off and clean the gunked up grass that was preventing it from spinning freely. This was the main reason I sent the Landroid back. 3. Customer service is horrible with this product. When you call Worx and if you are lucky enough to ever get through (waited on hold for over an hour a couple of times and just gave up), the person on the other end has no clue about this product... they are reading the same documentation you are.
