We purchased nine of these beds. We have Great Danes and thought these would be the answer to our needs for them. Every one of them have been torn up. All the fabric is ripped out and they broke the corners as well. They might be fine for small dogs but nothing over 100 pounds. Last time I emailed them about getting new fabric inserts I was told they are on the website. I had just been on the website and knew that, however there was only one available I wanted at least three as well as replacement corners. They said I needed to call if I wanted them. Why did I bother to email? So I could give them the same info on the phone. They are slipping badly with customer service and over state the indestructibility of their product...
