I have been using this product on my Schnauzer for several months, ordering directly through vendor. This time ordered from Amazon. When it arrived, I noticed right away that it looked and felt different. Wrote vendor. They explained that this is the "new and improved formula". The original took 14 days to kick in; after that she was happy and back to normal. After 14 days on the "new and improved" she can't get on or off the sofa or bed, doesn't run on our walks, and appears to be in pain. She is now on anti inflammatory meds til I can get another product that works. The worst part is that I set auto reorder and now I can't turn it off. Amazon keeps sending me into a loop. Hopefully, someone at Amazon will read this review and turn off auto reorder.
