This arrived with three broken teeth. I communicated with the seller (Amazon) and decided that I should contact Panasonic customer service. The reason? Well, the teeth weren’t in the box. Yes, they’re tiny. But I am extremely particular about carefully opening shipped packages, just in case something like this happens. So they weren’t in the box, meaning QC at Panasonic is to blame, not Amazon or the shipping service. I called two numbers for Panasonic, but they only provided me with a website and hung up. So I got on chat with a Panasonic customer service representative at their website. He was short and rude, made no apologies, and insisted that my best course of action was to return it to Amazon. My only other choice being to send an email to Panasonic answering to 11 different questions and awaiting a response when they decided whether they would replace or service it. But he neglected to recognize my 3rd choice. That was to walk over to the trash can and drop this thing in it. Yeah, it cost me $60, but I won’t be giving them any more money. And Mr. P*****k J at Panasonic customer service won’t get what he deserves for being insufficient at his job, but that’s life. Just know that if you get one of these and it’s broken, Panasonic will run you through the ringer for their quality control inadequacies and probably treat you with indiscriminate disregard at best. That being said, this doesn’t affect my opinion of Amazon in the least. It’s just another example in a long list of customer service reps that just don’t care. That guy shouldn’t be employed sweeping floors in an abandoned building. Thank you Amazon customer service for being polite and helping me. But Panasonic won’t get my measly business again.
