I really wanted to love these the idea is great I thought they would work perfectly for my 9 year old and they did for about 2 months. The quality on these is not remotely where it needs to be. after 1 month they were visibly stretching and thinning after two months three of them had totally snapped. they were not worn on gym or sports shoes they were on his everyday kicking around converse sneakers and he is not an overly active kid what was more disappointing was I have sent 2 emails to the hickies customer service and have received no response back based on this I would not purchase from this company again
