Amazon sold me Encanto for $20 and their version only has 1 language option for audio and subtitles: English. This is a movie about Colombia, written by Colombians, with original songs written in Spanish, that I wanted to watch with my Colombian relatives, and Amazon only has it in English. Not even subtitles are available in Spanish. Disney+ offers the same movie in 15 languages. Is Amazon really that racist? And on top of that, there is no way to get a refund of my $20 even though we only watched 1 minute of the movie while we were searching for the audio and subtitle options. Pathetic. Just pathetic.
