Norelco has replaced their top of the line head with a cheap plastic head. The first shave with the original head and the earlier replacement was a dream, with a smooth cut that felt nice on the face and a cut as smooth as a blade. This new head is no better than a bottom of the line cheap head. The smoothness is gone, with a rough cut worse than my 1-2 year old head. The shave itself is very poor, with plenty of stubble left behind on the face. In addition, the noise significantly louder and the feel of cheap plastic is noticeable. I have been a fan of Norelco for 20+ years. I always buy the top of the line shaver for the closest shave. Norelco has permanently lost a customer with this cheap replacement head. I call it cheap for its construction, but its price is certainly not cheap and definitely not worth the price.
