Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I rarely write reviews, and truly cannot remember the last time I gave up and stopped reading a book before finishing it. This book warranted both the poor review and the early ditch. Both the dialogue and narration where stilted and I found it impossible to become invested in such shallow and unremarkable characters. I tried to keep reading to see if it got any better, but by Part 2, confused and quite bored with the entire thing, I decided to quit. Kudos to the marketing team. If the author was only fractionally as talented as they were, this book would have actually been worth reading.
