I have over time, purchased 8 of these for personal use and gifts. I have been thrilled with all, until now. The style has changed, along with the control. It is almost impossible to tell what temperature you have it set on. The previous control was easy to read with green, yellow, and red lights so easy to understand. The auto off also shut off after two hours...the recent new design shuts off after a few minutes. I may have received a defective one, and I’m returning it. Since the style of control and the change of functions. I will be researching another heating pad.
