So, it's the end of April, 2020 - we've all been quarantined for about 1.5 months. We make decisions in quarantine that are a little off like cutting our own hair or drinking at noon - the decision you are about to make, watching Cats, will be the worst decision you have ever made, not just during quarantine, but in your lifetime. I know what you're thinking, because I was thinking the same thing, "Wow, some of these Amazon reviews are really funny, they make me want to watch Cats just for the truly horrendous experience," listen to me and listen to me good: just don't. Save yourself the pain and disgust, and watch something else. This is not worth the $6 you are about to spend. Here are some reasons you should not watch this movie: 1. I know you have heard that the cats are "horny" but this is not just horny - this is human cat hybrids with smoothed out genitals, but all the women cats have human breasts. 2. They didn't even bother to CGI the hands and feet; these are cats with human hands and human feet. 3 At one point, Rebel Wilson's cat unzips her own flesh. I cannot describe to you the horror of watching a human cat hybrid unzip its own flesh suit 4. Ian McKellen lapping up milk from a bowl. 5. Child actors turned into tiny mice for seemingly no reason at all, just for the shock factor I guess? 6. The meowing. 7. JUDI DENCH'S LEGS. Look, whatever, I'm not going to tell you how to live your life, I can only give you this advice: this movie is a nightmarish hellscape that once you see it cannot be unseen - you will be changed forever, and not in a good way. Just don't do it, seriously, I'm not joking - just stop right here. If you still want to watch this movie, do yourself a favor and get very, very drunk beforehand.
