Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I was really hopeful about these inserts with such high praise in most reviews. I bought both a 9.5 and a 10 just to see which might fit better. The 10 was closer, but unfortunately they just fell short for me. The heel didn't seem long enough so the peak of the arch hit my foot too low. I'm really bummed they weren't going to work out and I am returning them. Additionally, they were too long for most of my shoes but also seemed like it would be really difficult to cut the ends down due to how thick they are. Oh well, I guess they just weren't meant to be!
