I got a Bagster to use for a remodeling project. I filled it up with plaster and other construction debris. It was heavy but not heaped over the top of the bag. It was placed at the edge of my very wide and open driveway and I signed the waiver allowing them to come on to the driveway to do the pickup. When Waste Management came to get it the driver chose to DRAG the bag across my driveway instead of driving onto it. Then the bag tore and they left it sit halfway in the sidewalk. See my picture of the damage on the product page. When I called to get this resolved, Waste Management offered to refund me the purchase of a new bag and didn't charge for the attempted pickup. So far so good, but they left me on the hook to move 3000+ pounds of material from one bag to the other! I already moved it once and it took a week the first time. I don't have a front-end loader or a skidsteer, just a shovel and a bad back. Transferring by hand is not an acceptable option. Waste Management basically told me I was out of luck, even though their driver ripped the bag I was responsible for the cleanup. As others have said their reps on the phone are very polite and apologetic but they can't actually FIX YOUR PROBLEM. Thankfully another company, 1-888-Hualz-It, was willing to come do the pickup even with the ripped bag and guess what, they're $40 cheaper! So the story has a happy ending but I intend to never, ever do business with Waste Management if I can help it. If you get this bag be sure to call another company to come pick it up because Waste Management could care less about doing the job right. You wouldn't think getting trash hauled away would be so difficult.
