HP ink scam. Won't print Black without color inks.
Uses color Cartridges to print black only. When a color cartridge runs out IT REFUSES TO PRINT even in black only until a new color cartridge is inserted, even if the black ink is still full. Total ripoff - extremely frustrating when printing a document late at night for the next early morning meeting and it says sorry - I won't help you until you buy the ink you shouldn't need from me. Last HP printer for my business as I cannot depend on it.
