It is hard to write a review about a company with people who are so nice and do everything possible to try to make a bad thing good. Unfortunately the quality control or engineering is terrible. There are not many things that can be wrong with this equipment. One by one they surfaced. First was non-existent tension. Lots of help, no solution. The monitor did not work. That resulted in us ordering a replacement. We were on vacation, so could not put it together and had the big box to deal with when we got back. When the seat would not recline and the action of the stepper was off, that was too much. It was not worth putting another one together when there were already 5 issues with the new one. I'm not sure if I got a lemon or the fantastic customer service makes lots of problems go away, but this is information people need when making a purchase that requires a high level of time and money, especially when many people who purchase this have pain and injuries already.
