I requested Lotus Foods for Arsenic levels of their Forbidden rice. No response for few weeks so I sent another email. Then they responded saying they will not release that information. Hey, what do you have to hide? I like to know many things about my food such as nutritional info, calories, sugar, etc., and poisonous levels of Arsenic!
