Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I ordered this for my home office where I print maybe once a week. I try to avoid wasting paper so I am not a "power user" of any printer but I needed to replace the Brother MFC that I had previously that I had to send back when I changed companies. This printer jams CONSTANTLY and uses a ton of ink and have only had it 6 weeks. It also makes a LOUD grinding noise as it cranks out the paper that sounds terrible and is not something I would expect from HP or based on this printers previous reviews. I even ordered the recommended HP Ink (new) bundled with the printer and the HP Ink management program constantly throws up messages saying it is suspected counterfeit ink even though it is not. HP just wants you to enroll in their automatic ink purchase program. I may have a dud because I typically only buy items from Amazon with great reviews but this one is the exact opposite of the reviews I read or the people that bought it have never actually used it to print. Even as I type this I was printing a 10 page, double sided document in greyscale and it has jammed 4 times, and given me the counterfeit ink warning twice. I even recorded a quick video to give you an idea of the sounds it makes and it even jammed for that as a bonus. (It never had a chance to get to the REALLY loud sounds it makes). As a note, I am using standard quality office/printer/copier paper from staples.
