Best hot sauce I have ever tried, just the right amount of truffle but still retains its roots as a hot sauce but it has a wide opening on the bottle and lid causing you to lose/leak sauce everytime you use and since this stuff is so pricey every drop counts, something as simple as a stopper which almost all hot sauces have could have made this a five star review, very sad since bottle and cap look great but function poorly.
