This product seems to monitor the pool fine but scanning chemicals has not worked for me. I purchased a product, hth liquid chlorinator, on the list of chemicals and it would not scan. I contacted support and it took several days for them to get back to me the first time. They asked for pictures of the product and bar code. I sent the requested picture immediately and it took several more days to get back to me. When they did they told me I needed the submit the product so it could be added to list of approved products. I told them it was on the list already. I have not heard back from them again and I still cannot scan the product. And if you want to schedule a call they are booked out over a week. I did make an appointment and will update again after that happens Update - No one called as scheduled. And my device is not monitoring properly. The chlorine shows it’s in the red but manual tests show it to be fine
