SOFTWARE! (as others pointed out...just use the certified app on the Google Play store called CameraFi. That is the app they tell you do download (sideload) below. I don't understand why they'd expect consumers to turn-off security on their phone, ignore the malware detection, and install their camera app. That's bad practices. I had high hopes for the hardware though. Plugged it in, worked like a charm...for about 5 minutes. As soon as this 'waterproof' endoscope touched liquid, it was toast* Now all I have is a 30-foot long LED light. I plan on exchanging it for another one, as I believe everyone deserves a 2nd chance. Will update once the replacement arrives. *Yes, I know I could have put silicone, nail polish, unicorn tears, or otherwise to seal the camera. But this is advertised as waterproof. They expect people to put this in pipes, walls, etc...I shouldn't have to jump thru hoops to make it waterproof.
