Disappointed in support
I love the product. We ordered 2 of them and one won’t charge. Died really quick after the first initial charge and after that it won’t charge. I have emailed customer support several times with no response. Very disappointed. One of the reasons I am writing this review hoping in some way to get someone’s attention.
