You would be better off abandoning the idea of a turkey and think
Well, thanks for wasting my time! This product clearly says it fits a 14lb turkey, NOT the 16lb bird advertized. You would be better off abandoning the idea of a turkey and think, "large chicken". If you want to get a turkey into this pan, I recommend a couple of shoe horns and a bottle of KY. The quality of the product looked and felt great. If I wanted to roast a Cornish game hen, I would be giddy with excitement.
