Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I was very disappointed with this. I followed the directions to the T. I have straight hair. It left my hair feeling flat and did not meet any expectations. This is nothing more than a heavy conditioner. This product is way overrated. I rely on Amazon reviews, but was let down this time. You could do better buying something from your grocery store and save a lot of $$$. Edit: I found out something very interesting. I have always relied on purchasing Amazon products based on the number of positive reviews they receive-as I am sure many others here do. I am now very wary of products with 4-5 * reviews that are overly enthusiastic. Use your search engine and type in "buy Amazon reviews". Apparently, there is a company that will have reviewers go out and give glowing reviews on a product for a hefty $. I think the late night TV product sellers may utilize this service frequently. If you think about it, it makes sense. They've already put a lot of money into a long advertising spot on TV, what's a few more thousand dollars to get positive reviews out there? I bought another product with glowing reviews that was "as seen on TV" and it was horrible as well. As a warning to my fellow Amazon shoppers, be very wary. Do your research. Pay attention to what the negative reviews say. I have since learned my lesson.
