3 1/2 Kyocera grater is much better!
I like fresh ginger, a lot! I bought the 3.5" Kyocera grater and it produces lots of juice and some fine pulp. Problem is, I like ginger, a lot. So, I thought I would get the 6" grater to more efficiently and quickly grate ginger. Problem is that the density of the teeth on the 6" grater is much lower than the 3.5" grater. What this means is that the pulp is larger, you get less juice, and you get fibers in your pulp/juice as the widely spaced teeth do not trap the fibers. I don't use the 6" grater and would recommend the 3.5" grater instead. It surprised me that they don't use the same density of teeth between the two products-- it is the density that makes all of the difference.
