It took me all afternoon to cook 2 lbs. of bacon using 2 pans. #1 the grooves for the bacon are not deep enough. #2 the bacon has to be turned over halfway through the cooking cycle because the bacon cooks on the top only. #3 the pans end up with bacon drippings burned onto the bottom and I had to soak them and use a scratcher to get them clean. I am happy with my air baker, my deep frypan and my reg. sq. frypan.
