I had 2 Rowenta steam stations prior. Last one is losing contact due to the kink in the power cord. I thought of getting cord replacement for $50, but decided to try this one which is supposedly an improvement of previous Purple model. As with other customers, this one leaked water from the bottom of the plate profusely. Third and forth time of usage including. I think the quality control at the factory is non-existent. Returned.
